How to book

You can book at DENGRI ECO RESORT by phone on 0877 302 000, by email at reservation@dengri.bg, through www.dengri.bg or in person at the resort.

Accommodation

The resort offers:

• Yurts – small (up to 6 guests) and large (up to 8 guests)
• Spheres (up to 6 guests)
• Tipis (up to 5 guests)
• Barrels (up to 8 guests)
• Parking for caravans and campers

Bookings are for a minimum of two nights, with a 30% deposit payable within 72 hours of booking.

Children under 4 stay free. Children under 13 pay 50% of the adult rate. Guests aged 13 and over pay the adult rate.

Published rates are for a minimum of two adults; a single adult pays the rate for two. Rates vary by accommodation type, number of nights, extra packages and number of guests.

Booking by email or phone

Please provide the guest name, dates, number of nights and number of adults and children (with ages) to receive a quote. Quotes are valid for 24 hours and do not hold the unit.

After you confirm the quote you receive a booking confirmation by email. The booking is confirmed but not guaranteed until the deposit is paid within 72 hours. Only once the deposit is received is the booking guaranteed; otherwise the resort may cancel it.

Online booking

Through the online booking system on our website you enter your dates and number of adults and choose an available unit. Payment is by credit/debit card through the virtual POS (instant confirmation) or by bank transfer within 72 hours.

Payment methods

• At the resort – in cash (up to BGN 9,999) or by card
• By credit/debit card through the virtual POS (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro)
• By bank transfer, quoting your name and booking number

Bank account: DENGRI MANAGEMENT EOOD, Eurobank Bulgaria AD, BIC: BPBIBGSF, IBAN: BG12BPBI79301036621901. All bank charges are at the guest's expense.

All published rates include 9% VAT, tourist tax and insurance. Payments at reception are accepted in BGN at the official BNB rate (EUR 1 = BGN 1.95583). If you need a company invoice, please provide the details before payment.

Cancellations

Cancel by phone on 0877 302 000 or by email at reservation@dengri.bg.

• Up to 4 days before arrival – no penalty; the deposit can be kept for a future stay or refunded.
• 3 days before arrival or no-show – an amount equal to the deposit is retained.
• Refunds are made within 15–30 business days to the original payment method.
• No refunds for unused services in case of a shortened stay.

Changes to bookings

Changes (names, dates, number of guests, unit type) are free up to 8 days before arrival, subject to availability. Changes 7 to 3 days before arrival are accepted subject to availability; the deposit is not refundable.

Force majeure

In case of force majeure the resort offers a stay in another period on the same terms or refunds the deposit within 30 days of a written request. If the guest cannot travel due to force majeure up to 7 days before arrival, with written proof, the resort offers a stay in another period.

Check-in and stay

• Check-in after 15:00, check-out by 12:00. Late check-out on request a day in advance at reception, subject to availability and the current fee.
• Air conditioning works only with the entrance door closed.
• No smoking in the units and indoor public areas.
• Dogs are welcome – vaccinated, dewormed and over 6 months old. Daily fee: up to 6 kg – €10.23; 6–20 kg – €17.90; over 20 kg – €25.56.
• The resort is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen belongings. A lost room card costs BGN 20.
• For security reasons, public areas are under video surveillance.

Personal data

Your personal data is protected under Bulgarian law and used only by the reservations department. The data controller is DENGRI MANAGEMENT EOOD, UIC 208263254, represented by Dimitar Yordanov, registered at 2 Hristo Botev St., Velingrad.
